End of last year ISABEL-LCF partners Mrs Foell Antje and Mr Koppe Matthias had the opportunity to discuss with partners from the EU-project “Citizens for Energy Transition“ about exploring any possible synergies between the two projects regarding knowledge exchange, development and dissemination of participation tools. In a preliminary testing event, the developed tools were checked successfully and discussed among participants about their practicality to use. The LCF has been invited by the Global Natur Fund to present their cooperation experience for community involvement in energy transition. Mr Dimitri Vedel from LCF presented the ISABEL concept of social innovation and the necessity not only to focus on technical or economic purpose in renewable energy projects, but also to use more participation to involve citizen in the ISABEL biogas communities.
All the C4ET tools will be soon available in 4 languages on the homepage. It was a real pleasure to attend the project meeting and to learn more about citizen awareness raise. We would like to thanks all the C4ET project members and wish them good luck for the final project period.
