The ISABEL project was presented at the European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2017 that was organised in Vienna, Austria between 23–28 April 2017. With 4,849 oral, 11,312 poster, and 1,238 PICO presentations the conference was a great success, drawing 14,496 scientists from 107 countries to Vienna.
On Tuesday 25 April, the ISABEL project participated in the poster presentation session “Sustainable exploitation of biomass for bioenergy from marginal lands (MagL) in Europe” that was organized by the sister EU-project SEEMLA that is coordinated by the ISABEL partner FNR. Mr. Diego Piedra Garcia and Wibke Baumgarten from FNR, where the ISABEL partners that were responsible for the ISABEL poster presentation.
The ISABEL poster presentation was a great opportunity for the project to disseminate its concept, approach and actions to very a large audience of important biogas stakeholders that attended the conference.
